7 Healthy Fall Recipes for Picky Eaters is back!

At the Brashear Association we encourage our students to live a healthy lifestyle full of fruits and veggies and just healthier options overall. We provide our students a healthful snack during their time here that consists of apples, pretzels, carrots, hummus, you name it! This expands their diet choices and exposes them to healthier options that they may not be exposed to daily.

This list of healthier recipe ideas can help make it easy when deciding what to serve to your child. You can even make and serve some of these recipes for Thanksgiving! We know some children are picky about whats on the table at Thanksgiving. These recipes can add something new and exciting to your table.

Glenda Wise from Skinny Mom shared this really cool idea of how to incorporate your apples and peanut butter and yogurt covered raisins all in one! It's sweet and the yogurt covered raisins are a healthy candy alternative.

Comfort food is a necessity in the fall time so this next recipe by Kevin Lynch from Closet Cooking will meet your comfort food needs.

We all know we love pizza but it can be unhealthy so Dana from Minimalist Baker has introduced a great way of satisfying your pizza hunger in a healthy way.
